FAQ

What HR teams ask before they buy.

What's the minimum order?

There isn't one. Order a single kit for a one-off exec hire, or set up a recurring program for cohort onboarding. Volume pricing kicks in at 25 units.

How long does it take?

Standard production is 5–10 business days from artwork approval. Rush turnaround (3–5 business days) is available on most orders for a small upcharge.

Can I see what the box will look like before ordering?

Yes — every proposal includes three branded mockup concepts, free. Once production starts, we photograph every individual kit before shipping so you have proof of every box that leaves the warehouse.

How does branded apparel sizing work?

Two options: we collect sizes from your new hires via a branded form before production, or we ship pre-determined sizes (usually unisex M / L). For programs over 50 kits, we recommend the size-collection flow.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International ship costs vary by destination and kit weight, so they're quoted per program. We handle customs documentation for you.

Can we set up a recurring program?

Yes. Monthly or quarterly cohort programs are common for fast-growing teams. We hold inventory, prep kits to a defined cadence, and ship on demand as new hires accept.

How is billing handled?

Direct-checkout orders go through Shopify (credit card, ACH, or invoice on approval). Proposal orders are invoiced — net-30 terms available after the first order.
