One. Custom-curated programs typically start at 20-50 units. Complex builds (custom packaging, inserts, branded apparel) may be higher. Single kits are available at retail pricing through our shop — no minimum. We're happy to talk through smaller pilots.

Programs are quoted with items, decoration, packaging, and kitting in one transparent per-box number. Shipping is bundled or separately stated depending on the program. No vendor stacking, no surprise kitting surcharges.

Standard pre-configured kits ship in 10 business days from artwork approval. Custom programs run about 3 weeks for assembly and 4–6 weeks if custom apparel decoration or custom packaging is involved. Rush options are available on a case-by-case basis.

Yes — that's most of what we do. We handle decoration in-house: embroidery, screen print, laser etching, and debossing across apparel, drinkware, bags, tech, and hard goods. We can also brand the outer box, inner tissue, gift card, and the full unboxing experience.

Yes. Variable data personalization — a different name, set of initials, or co-brand logo on each box — is supported as a default option on most programs, not a premium add-on.

Yes. Drop-shipping to individual addresses via CSV upload with tracked delivery is standard for distributed teams. Shipping can be bundled into the per-box price, quoted separately, or run on your own carrier account.

To ship by end of November, many customers lock in the order by end of October. For pre-Christmas delivery, lock standard kits by mid-November and custom-decorated programs by October 1. The most successful Q4 programs are scoped in August and September.

Yes. BirdieBox is a registered ASI (279508), PPAI (799707), and SAGE (238523) supplier. Distributor orders are blind-shipped with no BirdieBox branding on the label, packing slip, or return address. See our Distributors page for terms.
