Custom Mockups & Proposal

We create 3 branded mockup concepts showing your logo on real products — etched, embroidered, or printed depending on the item. Plus a full proposal with per-unit pricing at your quantity.

Refine & Approve

Review your mockups, swap products, adjust quantities, tweak the logo placement. We revise until it’s exactly right. You approve a final proof before anything goes to production.

Production & Kitting

We handle everything — sourcing, branding, custom box printing, tissue paper, crinkle fill, and hand-assembly. Each box is built to your spec, including personalized items with variable data (individual names, initials, or co-brand logos).

Timeline below covers full sourcing + decoration + kitting. Decoration-only programs (where we already hold your branded inventory) ship in 5–10 business days.

Photo Verification & Delivery

Before anything ships, we photograph every single box for your approval — so you see exactly what your recipient will receive. (We told you no one else does this.) Then we ship: bulk to your office, drop-shipped to individual addresses, or delivered to your event venue with full tracking.

Every program is custom-quoted, but most fall into one of three per-recipient ranges. Use these to budget before the discovery call.

Volume

$45–$95

High-volume programs, large lists, cost-per-recipient priority. Small box with 2–3 branded items.

Premium

$175+

per recipient

VIP clients, leadership recognition, hospitality programs. Premium brands (YETI, Stanley, Vineyard Vines), apparel, bespoke curation.

What drives cost: the products selected, your quantity (volume pricing kicks in at 25+ units, again at 50+), decoration complexity, variable-data personalization, and rush timing.
What’s always included: 3 branded mockup concepts, discovery call and program scoping, photo verification of every box, no setup fees, no minimums.

What we’ll need from you.

Art files — logo in vector format (AI, EPS, or PDF). We’ll match Pantone colors if you have brand standards.
Ship list — for drop-shipping, a CSV with names, addresses, and any per-recipient variable data.
Apparel sizing — if your kit includes apparel, sizes per recipient or a unisex-default plan (usually M / L).
Brand standards (optional) — logo placement rules, color codes, or anything else your brand team locks down.

Common Questions

Is there a minimum order?

No. We work with any quantity. Bulk orders and programs with longer lead times get volume discounts, but there’s no minimum to get started.

Can each box be different?

Yes. We run variable-data kitting — every box in a single production run can carry a different name, set of initials, or even a different co-brand logo. It’s real personalization, not just pick-from-a-catalog.

Do you handle rush orders?

We do. Rush timelines depend on the products and quantity, but we’ve turned around programs in under 7 business days. Call us and we’ll tell you what’s possible.
