Distributor FAQ
Yes. We offer two sample paths: a curated sample kit at distributor cost (billed up front and credited back if the program goes to production), or individual product samples for evaluation.
BirdieBox handles end-to-end decoration in-house — embroidery, screen print, laser, debossing, and full-color packaging. You send us the artwork and the program; we send you the finished, kitted, blind-shipped boxes.
Yes. BBX Foundry, our 3PL arm, handles kitting, address-list fulfillment, and tracked shipping for distributor campaigns. We can hold inventory, drop-ship to individual recipients or branch offices, and provide tracking reports for your client.
Registered distributors receive a published distributor price on every line item, with margin built in for your client-facing markup. Pricing is documented in the distributor line sheet — request one through our contact form and we'll send it within one business day.
Standard pre-configured kits ship in 5-10 business days from artwork approval. Custom programs run 3 weeks for assembly and 4 to 6 weeks if custom apparel decoration or custom packaging is involved. We also offer rush options on a case-by-case basis.
Yes. BirdieBox is registered with all three: ASI 279508, PPAI 799707, and SAGE 238523. We sell through the promotional products industry exclusively to registered distributors — not direct to the distributor's clients.
MOQs depend on the program. Pre-configured gift sets start at 20 units. Custom-curated programs typically start at 50 units. For complex builds (custom packaging, custom inserts, branded apparel components), MOQs may be higher.
Yes. Every distributor order ships with no BirdieBox branding on the outer label, the packing slip, or the return address. Your client sees the gift — and your relationship — not us.
