We are seeking a Warehouse Production Associate to join our team! This position would be responsible for picking all finished goods out of the Production Areas and then bringing them to the Kitting Area to be prepped and packed out of the warehouse. The ideal candidate is exceptionally detail-oriented, dead-line oriented and able to manage multiple facets of the Warehouse Production simultaneously.

• Retrieves all finished products out of all Production Departments by Ship By Date.
• Assigns all finished products to a stock location per order in our WMS;
• Performs Quality Control on all products coming out of all Production Departments.
• First line of validation out of Production; reassuring that all collective products match the order 100% from the mock-ups to the Production Details.
• Once all products for each order are completed through Production, the product is brought to the kitting line for packing and shipping.
• Responsible for all small assembly needed products to be assembled before the order is set on the kitting line.
• Organize and maintain the Production Areas in a clean, safe and orderly condition.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Five or more years of proven work experience in a warehouse environment.
• Expertise in warehouse procedures and best practices.
• Must be aggressively detailed and deadline-oriented.
• Ability to confidently take initiative in fast-paced environments.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
• Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases.
• Strong decision making and problem-solving/communication skills with excellent leadership qualities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff.
• Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal.
